Where do you ship to?

We ship to Australia and New Zealand locations only. Note that the Aarke Carbonator products sold on this website are specifically manufactured for these countries and are not compatible with gas cylinders in other territories.

Is GST included in the cost of my purchase?

Yes. Australian or New Zealand GST is included in the price you pay.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you place an order, processing usually takes 1-2 business days.

Then our carriers take it from there! You’ll get a shipping notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Am I responsible for customs fees and duties?

All our stock is shipped from our Sydney warehouse. If you are located in New Zealand then all customs fees are included, there is nothing more to pay.

My tracking doesn’t seem to be working.

Sorry about that! In some cases, the carrier will take 1-2 business days to register the shipment status for your order.

If your tracking number still isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us with your order number.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your Aarke product. Please reach out to us with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take it from there.

What’s your return policy?

We offer change of mind returns for all orders. All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number in order to place a return.

The product(s) must be in its original packaging - and still in the same new condition as when the product(s) was received. If the return is due to change of mind then we ask that you cover the postage cost.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

Sorry about that! If you received something different from what you ordered, please contact us and we’ll be sure to get you the correct product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders placed online are typically processed within 1-2 hours and it may not be possible to change of cancel the order. But do contact us and we can check the status of your order.

I can't find my country in the list of locations you ship to--how can I buy Aarke products?

General Shipping Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from Aarke with a link to track your order. Please also check your Spam folder and contact us if you have not received the order within 6-10 days.

Shipping Costs

Standard delivery is free for orders over $100. Express delivery may be available at extra cost, please check the available options at checkout.

Delivery times

All stock is shipped from our Sydney warehouse and is typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date you place the order. Expected delivery times are:

Sydney: 1-2 days
Melbourne: 2-3 days
Brisbane: 2-3 days
Perth: 5-7 days

New Zealand North Island: 3-6 days
New Zealand South Island: 5-10 days
